How to record desktop screen to video

Do you want to record video tutorial, make software demo tutorial or any other task of what you have been doing on the computer of desktop screen? Besides Camera, PCHand Screen Recorder will do that for you. What’s more, the screen desktop of activity has any area of the desktop screen, mouse cursor’s color, size and movement etc. Whatever you are doing on the desktop screen would be recorded to the video.

Step1: Download PCHand Screen Recorder and run it

Before we get started, let’s download pchand screen recorder first. And then install it according to the installation instructions. Finally double click the icon and launch it.

Step2: Select the region for recording

You can select “full screen” or “selected region” to set any area you want to record including setting precise orientation, selecting window, selecting region.

 

Step3: Video parameter setting

Click on the “Video” tab to set “Video Settings”. You could choose SWF, AVI, WMV, MP4, or MPG, FLV as output format, and also set the output quality and cursor settings.

 

Step4: Audio parameter setting

 If you need to add sound from microphone or the others, click on the “Audio” to set “Audio Setting”. It will make you a more vivid video recording.

Step5: Save method

 Click on “Output” to set “Output Setting” and then save it as “save manually” or “auto save”.
Step 6: Let’s Get Started to Record.
 After finishing all the settings, click the start button. Then a blue frame will appear which have recording time and the “pause” button and the “stop” button. If you have finished your recording, stop it, save the file and watch the play back. It’s easy and convenient.
