Step 1: Run PCHand Screen Recorder, then choose the appropriate “Full Screen” or “Selected Region”

Step 2: Click on the “Video” tab to set “Video Settings”. You could choose SWF, AVI, WMV, MP4, or MPG, FLV as output format, and also set the output quality and cursor settings.

Step 3: Click on the “Audio” to set “Audio Setting”, and then tick the “Record Audio” to set “Audio Setting”.

Step 4: Click on “Output” to set “Output Setting” and then save it as “save manually” or “auto save”.

Step5: Click on   or use the hotkey to start recording. You should keep the program window on screen.

Many programs are designed for taking screenshot of computer screen. Actually, there are two kinds of capture tool: Freeware and Shareware. It is easy to see that freeware is free but has its limitations, and shareware is free download and if you think it is what you need and then you can buy it. So you can choose one as your needs. Step 1: Open the program you want to take screenshot.
Step 2: Run PCHand Screen Capture, choose the appropriate input and output type. For example, if you want to take screenshot for an active window, you’d better make “Active Window” as the capture mode.
 

Step 3: Make sure the image is displaying in the front of screen, hit “Capture” button.

 Step 4: Take screenshot what you want, the screenshot will be sent to the pre-set output, then done.

 Tip 1: If you choose “Editor” as the output mode, the captured screenshot will be sent to the build-in editor automatically. More detail, see ‘How to Edit Captured Images‘.

Part one: How to record audio from PC

Step 1: Open PCHand Screen Recorder, Click ‘Audio’. This is the most basic step of record setting.

Step 2: Click ‘Volume Control’ to start the setting and this window will pop-up. Then right-click to select these two options at the same time: ‘Show Disabled Devices’ and ‘Show Disconnected Devices’.

Step 3: If Stereo Mix is not available, you should enable it. Just right-click ‘Stereo Mix’ to select ‘Enable’ option. (Notice: If ‘Enable’ option is not available, you need to install the Audio Driver)

Step 4: Press ‘Set Default’ to specify ‘Stereo Mix’ as default device. Now, you can record audio from PC.

Part two: How to record audio from Microphone.

Step 1: Do steps 1-2 of part one.

Step 2: Just select ‘Microphone’ as default device to record audio from Microphone.

This part is the most basic step of record setting.

Step 1: Open file

Open the image that you want to capture the specific part of it.

Step 2: Download and install PCHand Screen Capture

Step 3: Select capture profile

Select the ‘Freehand’ as your default capture mode in the Capture Profiles.

After select the capture profile, you can hit the list bar to set the output mode, add some effects. And the click ‘Capture’ button and move the cross cursor to start the interception.

Step 5: Take the part as your wish

Choose a proper place to start the capture, and then left-click it along the edge of the specific part that you want to capture. When the specific part is surrounded by a black line, double-click the left mouse to complete the intercept.

Step 6: Save the captured image

When completed the capture, the screenshot is sent to the output mode.
