How to capture irregular image of the screen

Want to take the full screenshot, you can use the ‘Print screen’ key; Want to intercept the active window, you can use the ‘Active Window’ as your default profile; Want to capture the long webpage directly; you can use the ‘Scrolling Window’ as the capture mode. But if you want to take the specific part out from an image, and you are not familiar with Photoshop, in this case, PCHand Screen Capture 1.8.0 could help you.

 Now, let’s check out how to capture any part of the screen.

Step 1: Open file

Open the image that you want to capture the specific part of it.

Step 2: Download and install PCHand Screen Capture

Click here to download it. After the download is finished, click screencapture_setup.exe file and follow the instruction to complete the installation. Without minimizing the image you want to intercept, run PCHand Screen Capture.

Step 3: Select capture profile

Select the ‘Freehand’ as your default capture mode in the Capture Profiles.

Step 4: Set other output parameters

After select the capture profile, you can hit the list bar to set the output mode, add some effects. And the click ‘Capture’ button and move the cross cursor to start the interception.

Step 5: Take the part as your wish

Choose a proper place to start the capture, and then left-click it along the edge of the specific part that you want to capture. When the specific part is surrounded by a black line, double-click the left mouse to complete the intercept.

Step 6: Save the captured image

When completed the capture, the screenshot is sent to the output mode.
